Brendan Foley is a professional business coach and trainer and is Managing Director Seachange Training. He specialises in delivering in-house, open courses and executive coaching in the areas of personal development, leadership and teambuilding. Brendan works with a variety of public sector organizations, private companies, Olympic athletes, senior management and individuals to allow them to achieve their full potential. Jonathan Cuthbert is a Senior Project Manager with PM Group and has over ten years experience in Project Management.  His experience includes a broad range of industries including Packaging, Food, and Pharmaceuticals.  Recent experience includes sterile manufacturing and Biopharmaceutical projects with Class 100 requirements associated clean utilities, sterile filling and packaging equipment.

DPS Engineering, Site Validation Manager. Cuthbert Consulting Ltd, Managing Director.  Professional Qualifications- Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering.  Degree in Production Engineering and a Diploma in Production Engineering and a Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland. Penny Withey holds a BA in Economics and Psychology, a Diploma in Training and is currently researching her dissertation on Communication Skills within the Engineering Industry.  With over 15 years of experience as a professional trainer in both corporate and academic settings, Penny is currently responsible for all of the communications training provided by Engineers Skillnet

 

Stephen Boyle works as an independent management consultant and trainer in negotiation and is a member of the adjunct faculty at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, where he has taught Negotiation skills to MBA students for six years. As a consultant and trainer, he has worked with clients in the public and private sectors, and is currently a leading adviser in the development of international management education programmes for the United Nations International Trade Centre in Geneva.
