Enterprise Led Network

The objective of the programme is to allow industry members to drive the training and identify what skills their individual employees needs in today’s industry. Enterprise-led approach to training allows companies and their staffs decide on training needs, and develop the solutions to those needs. Enterprises are free to choose whatever training methods, course, trainers or priorities are most relevant to their companies and have those choices supported by flexible and immediate funding to make them happen. In this way enterprises have full ownership of the all-training solutions.

Network Learning

Forming clusters and networks to facilitate sharing experiences is recognised as an excellent way for participants to learn informally and at a low cost. Because participants are sharing with people in similar situations they are more inclined to listen and relate to others. Our development programme provides the opportunity for clusters to form on a regional basis. The development of the regional clusters depends on the composition of the members and identified needs and preferences. Engineers Skillnet is currently operating in the Dublin, Cork and Limerick/Galway region. These cluster regions are expected to expand and develop as demand grows.
