Overview
Supervisory management requires a set of ‘soft’ competencies that have not necessarily been developed through a technical role or qualification. This programme is designed to provide participants with key supervisory skills for success, stimulating them into action as leaders and allowing them to be more efficient in their own roles.
The objectives of this programme therefore are:
- to develop the skills required for effective management of self as well as an enhanced self-awareness of own supervisory style
- to develop the skills required for effective people management
- to develop the skills required to achieve, sustain and drive results through the effective management of self and others.
Who Should Attend
Engineering staff, supervisors and managers who have responsibility for managing people at all levels.
