This one day programme will help you understand the principles and best practice approach of the negotiation process, how to use a structured approach, and effectively communicate your position. At the end of this programme attendees will achieve an understanding of the principles and best practices of professional negotiations.

Trainer Profile

Phil Kildea is a trainer, business mentor and personal coach with over sixteen years training experience.  He has several qualifications including a Bachelor of Business Studies (1st Class Hons), a Graduateship in Marketing fromMII and a National Diploma in Personnel Management. 

 

Phil also lectures part time in Strategic Management & Business Policy for the Institute of Public Administration.
