Overview 

The aim of this course is to introduce delegates to problem analysis techniques and a method of applying these techniques in order to produce high quality solutions, appropriate to the problem owners needs. The course will provide delegates with a “toolbox” of soft skills for approaching complex problems and issues.

Trainer Profile

Finbarr Sheehy has over 20 years experience in business improvement, training and human development. He holds a Primary Degree in electronic engineering and a Masters Degree in training & development. He has held senior positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Training in several US multinational organisations.
